Got hold of two non functioning Siemens Handheld MPG's that are now undergoing a rebuild for MACH3 use.
Both are PoKeys55 based and have a 2x16 LCD, Magnetic detent encoder wheel, 4x5 keyboard with LED's on each key.
2 11-position rotary switches, a 'dead-mans' grip and a STOP button
enclosed in a professional shielded casing with magnetic pad on bottom holding this hand control in place.
This one is dedicated for use with my CombiMill.
Above label is inserted under the keyboard membrane.
All my functions for the milling machine is there and should be self explaining.
PoKeys55 settings
One encoder, one 4x5 keyboard, one LED array 4x5, two analog inputs, one digital input and one LCD 2 rows 16 chars.
Dead-mans grip activated sets power to encoder so no unwanted action on the encoder wheel for safety.
